Der massive Stellenabbau beim IT-Konzern IBM ist offenbar Teil eines radikal neuen Job-Konzepts. Nach Informationen des SPIEGEL soll das Unternehmen künftig nur noch eine kleine Kernbelegschaft haben - die meisten Aufgaben würden dann externe Kräfte erledigen, die von Fall zu Fall eingekauft werden.
