People living in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent are being asked to share their experiences of the new service offering extended access to GP appointments into the evening and at weekends. The Staffordshire Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) want to know patient’s stories around how they have been making use of these extra appointments to make sure they’re working as well as they can be.
