The #Red2Green programme, which was initially rolled out in November 2016 at UHNM, is focused on helping reduce patient delays within the Trust and improving efficiency throughout wards and departments.

The workshop saw 35 of our staff, including; ward managers, flow coordinators and discharge facilitators, working with representatives from social care and rapid assessment interface and discharge (RAID) discuss the causes of delays in discharging patients.
