More than 80 people have signed up to be Engagement Champions at Shropshire’s two acute hospitals, in a new role introduced as a result of NHS Staff Survey feedback.

The Engagement Champions will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to everyone at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) and improve how it feels for people to work at the organisation.
