Up to 30 GP surgeries in the county will benefit from a pilot scheme which helps people suffering from diabetes to manage and improve their mental health. Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) is offering talking therapies to selected patients who are identified as requiring support to control their diabetes.
