Earlier today a hearing took place at Basingstoke Magistrates Court relating to a prosecution case from the Care Quality Commission against Southern Health, after a health and safety incident that took place in December 2015. The incident involved a patient getting on the roof of Melbury Lodge in Winchester, and falling from it, which resulted in injury.
