194 Staaten beraten in Doha über Maßnahmen gegen den Klimawandel. Denn die Folgen der Erderwärmung betreffen alle. Allerdings nicht im gleichen Ausmaß: Am stärksten leiden Menschen in armen Ländern unter dem Klimawandel. Diese fordern daher einen finanziellen Ausgleich.
