Overview
jPod Renderer is is the long awaited rendering implementation for AWT and SWT.
Based on the successful jPod library, this one adds a platform abstraction which allows for
* pluggable PDF image conversion from and to AWT and SWT
* pluggable PDF font handling
* platform independent PDF rendering with adapterf for AWT and SWT
This library is commercial strength and used in products like
* CABAReT Stage (free for personal use)
* Sign Live!
* PDF/A Live!
August 27, 2008: DJ Native Swing 0.9.6 is released. The library is now split into a framework library and its SWT-based implementation. This allows to re-use the Native Swing integration framework for other types of native components.
The RAP project enables developers to build rich, Ajax-enabled Web applications by using the Eclipse development model, plug-ins with the well known Eclipse workbench extenstion points, JFace, and a widget toolkit with SWT API (using qooxdoo for the client-side presentation). The project is part of the Ganymede release train and released its 1.1 release.
JTreeMap releases 2 components:
* a Java Swing component JTreeMap and a demo app.
* a SWT/Eclipse Plugin component, KTreeMap
Furthermore, the JTreeMap library contains an applet that could be used out of the box as it can read data in from a file on the web site, see this example.
