Zwei Jahrzehnte nach dem Mauerfall haben nur 17 Prozent der ehemaligen DDR-Marken überlebt. Das ergibt eine Studie der Empirischen Gesellschaftsforschung in Hamburg im Auftrag der MDR Werbung. Danach profitieren die Marken insbesondere von ihrer Bekanntheit aus Vorwendezeit. In der Kommunikation zeigen sich die Ost-Marken häufig noch vergleichweise zurückhaltend: Radio- und TV-Werbung wird nur von wenigen genutzt.
Ein Jahr nach dem Brankencrash ist das Vertrauen der Deutschen in Marken und Branchen nach wie vor erschüttert. Das zeigt eine Studie der Markenberatung Musiol Munzinger Sasserath in Berlin.
