Die EU-Kommission sieht Ceta als reines EU-Abkommen an - und will den Handelsvertrag mit Kanada deshalb ohne Zustimmung der nationalen Parlamente beschließen lassen. In den EU-Hauptstädten hält man das für ein fatales Signal - insbesondere nach dem Votum der Briten, aus der EU auszutreten.
