Ein weiteres Papier der geheimen Freihandelsverhandlungen ist öffentlich geworden. Darin werden die lukrativen Gesundheitssysteme ins Visier genommen. Es geht um Umsätze, nicht um Patientensicherheit.
Man trifft sich dort, wo es keine Massendemonstrationen gibt: im abgeschotteten Gebäude der australischen Vertretung in Genf. Dort besprechen die Vertreter von 22 Staaten plus der EU für ihre 28 Mitglieder einen Vertrag, der so etwas wie der unbekannte Bruder des umstrittenen EU-US-Freihandelsabkommen ist.
