Аннотация
This empirical research demonstrates the ability of computer-aided content
analysis to map the literature of information-related education over time.
The research shows that particular themes have remained constant in information-
related education, while others have evolved over time. Other themes have appeared, matured, or faded. Co-word analysis is the methodology
used. Co-word analysis is used to identify relationships between index terms derived
from three respected information-related academic publications and build meticulous lexicographical networks linking these index terms. This study analyzes 15-years of data. The Co-word methodology is employable to any other domain with textual data. Accordingly, co-word analysis and the software that supports the technique can provide insight into information-related education and its evolution.
