We suggest constructing a set of PageRank vectors biased using a collection of representative subjects in order to better capture the idea of relevance with regard to a certainty of topic in order to produce more accurate for search results. The outcome of the experiment demonstrates that the suggested algorithm improves the degree of relevance compared to the original one and reduces the topic sensitive PageRanks query time efforts. This paper offers an overview of Web mining as well as a review of its various categories. Next, we concentrate on one of these subcategories Web structure mining. In this area, we describe link mining and examine PageRank, two well liked techniques used in web structure mining.
