Abstract
This field study examines the critical role of strategic leadership in influencing the various stages of crisis management within the industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. In an increasingly volatile and uncertain business environment, effective crisis management is essential for the survival and growth of an organization. Strategic leadership, characterized by prudent decision-making, proactive planning, and rapid adaptation, plays a pivotal role in guiding companies through crises and ensuring their resilience.
