Abstract
Methodische Identifikation wiederverwendbarer Simulationsmodule im Engineering-Prozess: Der Einsatz maschinennaher Simulation im Engineering-Prozess verkürzt sowohl Entwicklungs- als auch Lieferzeiten und erhöht die Qualität der Maschinenabläufe durch frühzeitige Testszenarien sowie parallele Prozessschritte. Der Aufwand für die Modellerstellung der Simulation hemmt allerdings oft die Anwendung dieser Technik in den Unternehmen. Als Lösungsansatz wird ein methodischer Einsatz von wiederverwendbaren Simulationsmodulen präsentiert. Dieser umfasst die Identifikation, Bewertung und Gestaltung der Module. Module-based simulation of production systems - Methodical identification of reusable simulation modules in the engineering process: The application of machine-oriented simulation in engineering allows for early test scenarios and parallel process steps which shorten the development and delivery time and, on top, raise the quality of machine sequences. The big effort for modeling the simulation inhibits the use of simulation technology in industry. As an approach for solving this problem, a method for the reuse of simulation modules is presented. This approach involves the identification, evaluation and configuration of modules.
