Abstract
One of the important tasks in determining the prospects of socio-economic development of the regions in the Republic of Uzbekistan is the development of management decisions aimed at the effective use of existing labour resources. This will create an important basis for the growth of production and services in the real sector through the development of multivariate indicators of supply and demand for labour in the labour market. Imitation modelling, which is one of the scientifically based mathematical possibilities of determining the indicators that reflect the future state of the labour market, can be effectively used in the development of management decisions related to the full and rational use of available labour resources.
