but also of constraints due to the interference

and with other land uses.
To help designers with this aspect,
ENEL has promoted the development of a co~
putational code which purpose is to determine
the optimum values of the basic quantities
of HV, EHV, and UHV electric power
I ines, both a.c. and d.c., and to correlate
them with the values of al I the environmen
tal constraints as required by the designer
itself.
