Emotional gestörte Kinder sind für Kindergarten und Schule ganz besonders belastend - die Erzieherperson ist der Gruppe verpflichtet und nicht nur dem einzelnen Kind. Oft aber muss die Bemühung zuerst diesem gelten, um die Kindergruppe vor einem möglichen Chaos zu schützen. Ratschläge bezüglich ihres Verhaltens mögen der Erzieherin kurzfristig helfen - bessere Handlungsfähigkeit kann Praxisanleitung bieten, sofern diese langfristig bereitsteht. - Hier wird aus einem solchen Vorhaben berichtet, das sich für die Praxisanleitung am Modell der Balintgruppe und deren psychodynamisch-psychoanalytischer Theorie orientiert. Es zeigt sich, dass innerhalb einer solchen Arbeitsgruppe verschiedene Momente ins Spiel kommen, die den Gruppenprozess oft mehr beschäftigen als das jeweils ins Auge gefasste "eigentliche' erzieherisch-heilpädagogische Ziel. The pedagogic personnel is obligated to care for the whole group not merely the individual child. Often enough, however, special attention must be given to the problem child in order to protect the group from impending chaos. Advice concerned with their method of handling matters may be a short-term aid to the pedagogic personnel - long-term assistance can be provided by practice related supervision if it is available over a longer period of time. - This contribution is a report on a project concerned with practice related supervision oriented on the model of the Balint-group and its psychodynamic-psychoanalytic theory.
