This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of the cultural and artistic development of the disabled, including the lack of accessibility environment, unequal participation opportunities and the lack of inclusive social environment. To explore the development direction of inclusiveness and equality, including the provision of accessibility, equal opportunities and inclusive social environment.
