It is a visual query system for databases that uses a diagrammatic visualization for most user interaction. The database schema is displayed as a graph of the data model including classes, associations and attributes. The user formulates the query in terms of direct manipulation as a graph of the schema objects, additional operators and constants. The output of the query is visualized as a graph of instances and constants or in some other format that is appropriate for the data.
