Current Fluctuations In DNA/Gas Decorated Carbon Nanotubes
N. Deo, and P. Poonam. Abstract Book of the XXIII IUPAP International Conference on Statistical Physics, Genova, Italy, (9-13 July 2007)
Abstract
We study the odor response characteristics of DNA
decorated carbon nanotubes for different gas odors in the
experiment carried out in NANO LETTERS Vol. 5, No. 9, 1774-1778
(2005), by Cristian Staii, Alan T. Johnson, Jr., Michelle Chen,
Alan Gelperin. For different gas odors and DNA sequences,
different characteristic patterns have been observed by calculating
the fluctuations in the current (the autocorrelation and two point
correlation functions). We also explain the sequence dependent
odor response of the ss-DNA/SWCN-FET sensor.
