Because new roles and new development tasks are introduced in service-oriented development as opposed to traditional software engineering, a new approach to service life cycle management is required. In this paper, based on the observations of the state of the art in the field, we propose a stakeholder-driven service life cycle model for service oriented architecture (SOA). Horizontally, the model shows the activities that associated with the stakeholders in SOA. While vertically, the model shows the interactions and cooperation between the stakeholders.
