Dies zeigt eine Untersuchung des ?Instituts für regionale Innovation und Sozialforschung e.V.?, die sich vorwiegend mit Modul 1 dieses Instruments befasste. Lediglich bei drei Aufgaben aus diesem Modul können sich unzureichende Deutschkenntnisse der Proband/innen auf die Testergebnisse auswirken. Ob das Potential des hamet 2, individuell auf Migranten/innen einzugehen, tatsächlich genutzt wird, hängt dabei vor allem von den Testleiter/innen und den Vorgaben der Auftraggeber für die hamet-Testungen ab. (DIPF/Orig.) The diagnostic instrument harnet 2 is utilised for assessing and promoting vocational competencies. The instrument is also very well suited to be applied to individuals with a migrant background. The adequacy of this tool for this particular target group has been shown in a study conducted by the Institute for regional innovation and social research which has mainly been dealing with section one of the tool. The study found that the language back­ground of the participants influences the test results only on three questions within the module. The potential of hamet 2 to particularly cover the individual competencies of pe­ople with a migration background is depending largely on the people administering the test and the setting of the test and the requirements provided by the organising body.
