Abstract

Technology transfer ,defined as the application of information into use, is often a difficult and frustrating process. Participants in the technology transfer process are usually heterophilous, so that technology receptor speak a different language than technology sources. This essay explores the concept of technology transfer and suggests strategies for its facilitation.
