Abstract
The corporate governance system is an organizational model by which a joint-stock company must represent and protect the interests of its shareholders, i.e., on the one hand, regulate the relationship between the managers of the joint-stock company and its shareholders-owners, on the other hand, coordinate the goals of various stakeholders, ensuring the efficient functioning of the JSC. This article is the result of a dissertation research in the field of improving corporate governance.
