The differentiation of possible start up states to kinetic at these low energies and the ecctes of higher energies at initial startup are investigated: the results are significant. In addition, we have investigated the existence of the thermal conductivity in one dimensional systems, including the $beta$ Fermi Pasta Ulam model. The divergence is characterised by different exponents for the thermal conductivity for different systems.
