Children with cerebral palsy, myelomeningocele, and agenesis of the corpus callosum associated with progressive polyneuropathy were studied. The results were considered excellent and satisfactory in 73\% of the feet. The combined Grice-Green-Batchelor procedure gave the best results, with 84\% excellent and satisfactory results, with bony union in 96\% of the feet. Weight-bearing films of the ankles in the anteroposterior plane are essential to determine the true extent of the deformity before operation.
