PDFtk Server is our command-line tool for working with PDFs. It is commonly used for client-side scripting or server-side processing of PDFs. It is also used by OEMs and ISVs to give their products the ability to manipulate PDFs. A commercial license is required to distribute PDFtk with your commercial product.
Backout is basically four steps rolled into one:
hg update -C -r <rev-to-backout>
hg revert --all -r <parent of rev-to-backout>
hg commit
hg update -C -r <startrev>
There's a fifth step that is done automatically if you specify --merge :
hg merge (merges <startrev> with the newly committed rev from 3.)
Having issues with some conference or journal requiring you to provide a single LaTeX file and all graphics in the root directory? Well, this is a good tool.
PS: I used **version `0.4.1`** because `0.5.0` caused problems.
With Subversion 1.5 or later the merge is recorded on your local working copy in the svn:mergeinfo property. So this information is not lost.
You can see the merged revisions if you use svn log -g
