re3data.org is a global registry of research data repositories. The registry covers research data repositories from different academic disciplines. re3data.org presents repositories for the permanent storage and access of data sets to researchers, funding bodies, publishers and scholarly institutions. re3data.org aims to promote a culture of sharing, increased access and better visibility of research data. In December 2012 re3data.org launched an alpha version. The registry will be continuously developed and improved together with relevant stakeholders.
ZENODO is a repository service that enables researchers, scientists, projects and institutions to share and showcase multidisciplinary research results (data and publications) that are not part of existing institutional or subject-based repositories.
The Research Data Alliance is a organisation that aims to accelerate and facilitate research data sharing and exchange. The purpose of the Research Data Alliance is to accelerate international data-driven innovation and discovery by facilitating research data sharing and exchange, use and re-use, standards harmonization, and discoverability. This will be achieved through the development and adoption of infrastructure, policy, practice, standards, and other deliverables.

PARADE consists of several user communities and national partners, who work together to improve European collaboration in data infrastructures. The work aims at linking with various European initiatives addressing data with an intention to work together to build a pan-European collaboration."
"The 3TU.Datacentre has been in existence since 2008, a joint initiative by the three Dutch technical universities (Eindhoven, Twente and Delft) to make the data sets that originate from their research available to other scientists. This March, TU Delft Library signed a European covenant on behalf of the 3TU.Datacentre to improve access to research data on internet at the European level."
