Ubuntu 9.10 and Fedora 12 have a known incompatibility with Eclipse 3.5.x and all tools based on Eclipse due to a change in GTK. This issue effects Aptana Studio and Radrails because they are based on Eclipse.

There was extensive discussion of this in our support forums, but the symptoms of the problem are that buttons and other UI elements within the IDE are not clickable.
