Abstract
The author reflects on the role of effective partnerships among the government, healthcare, and social and community groups in health equity in Africa. He argues that less attention is given to health disparity gap between the wealthy nations and poor neighboring nations, particularly when people with HIV/AIDS are concerned. He narrates his participation and experiences in Nations Associate Member organization which is committed to healthcare education and health information dissemination.
