The complexity of the tasks to be carried out and the management of these tasks have set new challenges for this category of personnel. It is all the more important, therefore, that the personnel employed should acquire differentiated stress control techniques during qualifying training to develop a long-term performance capability. Following up on the earlier mentioned challenges, an assignment-specific stress inoculation training for highly specialized IT personnel is being introduced against the background of relevant stressors in the context of IT.
