Abstract
Several papers exist, which refer to the analytical relationship between windvelodty
and vibration frequency of conductois. But only a few report have been
published, which deal with this relationship under a more practical, outdoor
measurement based solution,e.g.Cigre 22 89 (YVGll) 34;Cired 1991-3.03;IEEE
1990 S1-1 346-7.
Simultaneous measurements of windvelocit,y and conductor vibration frequency
have been in partiC'J.lar improved recently by a..-ri advanced version of a wide used
vibration recorder, SEFAG VIBREC VR 300.This recorder measures and
accumulates not only the bending amplitudes in 32 classes and the frequencies in
16 dasses for the total test period,it also records and analyses additionaly the
windvelccit-v in 8 windclasses.Tne windd.a sses can be fixed b-v direct communication
of the recorder with a PC.
