Traffic technology solutions are required to optimize and reduce urban traffic flows. A city is not completely smart or intelligent without a smart traffic management system. An Intelligent Transportation System ITS , or a smart traffic management system is to help minimize congestion, improve safety on city streets, and reduce or eliminate greenhouse gas emissions through connected technology.
