Currently 4\% of the Danish national birth cohort is born after in vitro fertilisation techniques and almost 40\% of these children are twins. In this register-based national cohort study, twins from assisted conception (n = 3393) had a similar risk of neurological sequelae and cerebral palsy as their naturally conceived peers (n = 10.239) and assisted conceived singletons (n = 5130). Further children born after intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) had the same risk of neurological sequelae as children born after conventional IVF.
