A freight forwarder, or cargo agency, is a third-party logistics company who does not own or operate their own transportation assets. To transport anything from raw agricultural items to finished goods, a forwarder will sign contracts with asset-based carriers. A study of issues encountered by freight forwarders in Freighterix Cargo Solutions' import and export processes is the major goal of this work. Examining the challenges freight forwarders encounter from shippers, businesses, and customers at large is crucial.
