Since it’s apparently all the rage to design your own features for Twitter now, I figured I’d build on my success with the hashtag and crank out a few more. All of these are simple conventions for adding more standard metadata to a post in a specific, uniform way.

"Thema sind das Web und die Logik der Netzwerke: Diese, so Bolz bewundernd, steckt in "the strengths of weak ties" (Mark Granovetter) und im "long tail" (Chris Anderson). Dann erwähnt er Brechts "Radiotheorie", um an das Versprechen zu erinnern, das Blogs und Wikis offensichtlich einlösen. Authentizität tritt hier an die Stelle von "Objektivität", der Markt der Meinungen an die Stelle von "Wahrheit".
Die Selbstorganisation des Laienwissens, wie wir sie am Beispiel von Wikipedia erleben, fordert Experten und Autoritäten heraus. Und warum uns die unterschiedliche Qualität der Wikipedia-Artikel keine Sorgen bereiten muss, hat bestimmt noch niemand schöner als Norbert Bolz erklärt: 'Warum ist der Artikel über die Stubenfliege so phantastisch und der über Norbert Bolz schrecklich?
