Die Blutgesetzgebung sollte die aus der gewohnten Lebensbahn Herausgeworfenen zur Arbeit unter kapitalistischen Bedingungen zwingen und die kapitalistische Arbeitsdisziplin durchsetzen, ohne dass die neu entstehenden kapitalistischen Betriebe (Manufakturen etc.) sie bereits alle aufnehmen konnten. Die Blutgesetzgebung ist eine der grausamsten Erscheinungsformen der urspr. Akkumulation des Kapitals.
Ausgehend von der Annahme, dass für erfolgreiches Betteln Wissen und Kompetenzen notwendig sind, die nicht in formalen Bildungsprozessen erworben werden, ist es Ziel der Diplomarbeit, Kompetenzen und Lernprozesse einer bestimmten bildungsfernen Gruppe beschreibbar zu machen.
