Es waren die Sozialdemokraten, die die Bundeswehr Ende der 90er-Jahre auf den Balkan und damit in den ersten Kriegseinsatz seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg schickten. Jetzt stellen sie ihre Zustimmung für künftige Auslandseinsätze in Frage. Und eine Aufstockung der Truppen in Afghanistan lehnen sie kategorisch ab.
