Die spanische linksliberale Tageszeitung “El País” veröffentlichte heute auf ihrer Webseite einen Kommentar des Ökonomie-Professors Juan Torres López von der Universität Sevilla. Doch schon bald darauf war der Artikel wieder verschwunden. Es hatte dutzendweise Proteste aus Deutschland gehagelt, wie man denn um Himmels Willen Merkel und Hitler vergleichen könne. Daraufhin nahm der Verlag den Artikel vom Netz wegen “Behauptungen, welche die Zeitung für unangebracht hält”. Wir sind dagegen der Meinung, dieser Text sei problemlos zu veröffentlichen und halten die Entscheidung des Verlags schlicht für feige und falsch.
