Halle? Unvorstellbar! NSU? Gibt's doch gar nicht! Rechte Terrornetze in Deutschland? Alles Einzeltäter! Die BRD hat Jahrzehnte geübt, die Nachfolger der Nazis zu leugnen.
Vor einem Jahr wurde die Existenz der Terrorgruppe NSU bekannt. Bis dahin waren die Angehörigen der Opfer falschen Anschuldigungen ausgesetzt – so wie die von Süleyman Tasköprü, der 2001 in Hamburg ermordet wurde. tagesschau.de sprach mit der Anwältin Angela Wierig, die seine Schwester vertritt.
Schockiert und überrascht hatte die Öffentlichkeit vor einem Jahr auf das Bekanntwerden der NSU-Mordserie reagiert. Doch der Rechtsterrorismus ist nicht neu: Schon in den 1980er Jahren griffen Neonazis zu den Waffen. Die Parallelen sind frappierend, spielen bei der Aufarbeitung bislang aber keine Rolle.
Mehr als zehntausend Menschen standen im Fokus der Ermittlungen zum Nationalsozialistischen Untergrund. Das geht aus einer Antwort des Innenministeriums auf eine mündliche Anfrage hervor. Bei Funkzellenabfragen wurden mehr als 20 Millionen Funkzellendatensätze und fast 14.000 Datensätze über Anschlussinhaber erhoben, gespeichert und zusammengeführt.
Für die Bundesregierung ist die Abfrage von Funkzellen im Zuge der Ermittlungen gegen rechtsgerichtete Terroristen keine Rasterfahndung. Der Linke-Bundestagsabgeordnete Andrej Hunko bezweifelt das.
