Bundesdeutsche Großkonzerne gehen massiv gegen die Gewerkschaftsarbeit in ihren ausländischen Niederlassungen vor. Sie kündigen aktiven Gewerkschaftern, bespitzeln die Belegschaften und arbeiten mit Einschüchterungen und Drohungen, um den Aufbau gewerkschaftlicher Organisationen zu sabotieren. Unter anderem bedienen sich DHL, Bayer, Daimler, T-Mobile, Bosch, ThyssenKrupp und Siemens solcher Praktiken.
Betriebsräte beim DAX-Konzern Siemens ärgern sich über eine "Gleichschaltung" mit dem Management. Bei der Wahl zum Aufsichtsrat kandidiert deshalb eine inoffizielle IG-Metall-Gegenliste. (von Angela Maier München)
