Abstract

Just what's the big deal about REZ? Not only does it look a lot like the movie Tron, which is cool in and of itself, but the game is a first-of-its-kind shooter where each shot contributes to the soundtrack, yet not one sound is out of place or interruptive in the way we've noted that certain AA transitions have been in first-person titles. REZ presents the player with a perfect AA environment, tailored to drive the gameplay itself. Simply put, REZ is a fantastic example of well-executed AA in action.
