In this paper, we build on the LearnWeb Design Framework to design and implement a Formative Assessment extension that supports the monitoring of the learning process in order to increase awareness and support reflection in a specific learning scenario. The extension offers a common basis for the various stakeholders (researchers, teachers and students) to collaboratively reflect on and design effective learning activities.
