Der Betrieb bestimmter anonymer Online-Dienste soll strafbar werden. Der Bundesdatenschutzbeauftragte Ulrich Kelber warnt, dass Unschuldige so ins Visier der Polizei geraten könnten. Er fordert eine "Sicherheitsgesetz-Pause".
Die Länderkammer hat einen Gesetzentwurf passieren lassen, wonach die Polizei künftig Internet-Telefonate und Messenger-Kommunikation bei Verdacht auf viele Delikte überwachen sowie Computer heimlich durchsuchen darf.
Der Bundesrat hat mit einer Entschließung vom 10. Februar 2017 (BR-Drucksache 740/16) die Bundesregierung dazu aufgefordert, das Recht der betrieblichen und Unternehmensmitbestimmung zu reformieren.
Fünf Bundesländer bringen am 16. Dezember einen Entschließungsantrag in den Bundesrat ein. Die klare Forderung der Länder an die Bundesregierung: die Mitbestimmung in der Arbeitswelt 4.0 zukunftsfest machen – das fordert auch der DGB seit Langem.
