Vom Gesetz für den Schutz von Presse im Internet sollen Suchmaschinen und News-Aggregatoren betroffen sein. Kritiker fürchten um RSS-Feeds und Twitter; die Bundesregierung betont, reine Verlinkung, normale Nutzer oder Blogger seien nicht betroffen.
Das Justizressort macht einen neuen Anlauf für ein Gesetz zum besseren Schutz von Presseerzeugnissen im Internet. Dieses Mal sollen nur Suchmaschinen betroffen sein und Blogger außen vor bleiben.
