The construction and comprehension of Activity Theory depends on its diagramatic form as a triangle with nodes and interacting parts - to deconstruct it as a table is to take a sketch by Leonardo da Vinci and put it in an Excel spreadsheet. The checklist that is suggested in the title isn't - rather it is a table.
