During the testing period, corona and electric field data were monitored on both 7 x 41 mm and 8 x 41 mm conductor bundle configurations. Electric field exposures for ecological studies at the site were quantified. A comparison is made between the corona and electric field performance from the 1200-kV line and that from operating 500-kV transmission lines.
