Ein Blogbeitrag des Kollegen Arnd Kulow und eine aktuelle Diskussion auf Twitter, haben mich dazu inspiriert, ein paar Gedanken zum schillernden Institut des geistigen Eigentums (Intellectual Property) niederzuschreiben, das in der gesamten westlichen Welt, trotz zunehmender Kritik, als praktisch unumstößlich gilt. Eigentum an Sachen ist etwas, was die Menschheit seit Jahrtausenden kennt und anerkennt.
