Am Mittwoch berät der Rechtsausschuss mit diversen Sachverständigen aus den Lagern der Kritiker wie auch der Befürworter den Gesetzentwurf der Bundesregierung.
Beispielsweise bei Mikrobloggingdiensten wie Twitter sieht die Bundesregierung die Gerichte am Zug, ob das Leistungsschutzrecht für Presseverlage bei Tweets mit Links anzuwenden ist oder das Zitatrecht gilt.
